Shipping Guidelines
Delivery Charges: We charge a flat nationwide rate of ₨ 250 for shipping anywhere in Pakistan.
Processing / Crafting Time: Because eemmubee accessories are handcrafted bead-by-bead to order, please allow 2 to 4 business days for production before shipping.
Transit Timeline: Once handed over to our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, or PostEx), shipping typically takes:
- Karachi: 1 to 2 business days.
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2 to 3 business days.
- Other cities: 3 to 4 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code to check status updates on our Tracking Page.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Orders Exclusion: Because our accessories are custom-made specifically with your requested names, words, and styles, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom jewelry once crafting begins.
Double-check your personalization name, letters, size, and variants before finalizing checkout to avoid errors.
Damaged Items Exception: If your charm arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damage. We will craft and ship a replacement free of charge.
Every charm is tested for quality before dispatch.
