How do I add custom letters or initials to my charm?
When viewing any customizable product, you will see a text field labeled "Personalization Name / Initials". Simply type in the name, word, or sequence of initials you want, select your variants, and click Add to Bag. The note will automatically attach to your order.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Since every single charm is handmade to order, we need 2 to 4 business days to design and assemble your pieces. Once dispatched, standard courier shipping takes 2 to 4 days depending on your city in Pakistan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide in Pakistan. We also accept bank transfers to our Meezan Bank account. For bank transfers, you can upload a screenshot of your payment receipt directly at checkout to speed up confirmation.
Can I change my customization letters after placing an order?
If your order has not entered the "In Production" status, we can easily change the letters for you! Please reach out to us immediately on Instagram DM @eemmubee or WhatsApp with your Order Reference Number.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes! We ship nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, Quetta, and all major towns, using trusted courier partners like Leopards, TCS, and PostEx.
What is your return policy?
Because our custom charms and personalized jewelry are made-to-order specifically with your custom text and details, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please message us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will craft a replacement for you!
